What stood out in Hyatt Place was the staff especially in the dining area. Keze from Kohima Nagaland. She was such a wonderful person, good natured and smiling. We had the most amazing experience! Every aspect of our stay was at the highest standards and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. I wish we could have stayed more than 3 nights.
