「Loved that it was pet friendly in the true sense. My dog was allowed in the restaurant and lobby areas as well, which is not very common in some other chains that claim to be pet friendly. This is what it means when a property is “pet friendly”! The staff were great and we had a lovely time! 」

「Room was satisfactory though a little cramped. but service was awful with reception unmanned most of the time. Restaurant was poor both in terms of service, ambience and food variety. Staff was ill trained and not befitting a respectable hotel. 」
