「AC broke in the middle of the night and the guy at the front desk handled this in the worst way possible. Was not accommodating and after having to track him down multiple times to ask him what’s the plan…he asked me “what should I do”. Had a nasty attitude towards it and had no form of customer service.」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...
