The staff at The Sindbad are incredibly welcoming and kind, always happy to help and going out of their way to provide the best possible experience for guests. Hafezdh and Walid at Restaurant Sherazade make us feel like family and are a true pleasure for my husband and I to see and speak with at every breakfast and dinner.

The food quality is terrible, room service is nonexistent at night, this hotel does not deserve 5 stars; the worst thing that happened to us is that they unlocked the door to our room without permission... I do not recommend it.

So for The Sindbad, as you walk in everything is reserved from chairs to tables. You can’t get a chair on the beach unless you talk to the director of chairs and make sure they weren’t reserved. During lunch you would also have to check if the tables weren’t reserved or you would want to actually eat there. The food was mediocre as the money spent should have brought me a better plate, the breakfast was nice but other than that you won’t find yourself enjoying a meal.

Mon sĂ©jour Ă  l'hĂŽtel Sindbad Ă©tait dans l'ensemble trĂšs bien. Toutes mes fĂ©licitations Ă  toutes les personnes qui on cuisinĂ© de dĂ©licieux petit plats, que ce soit le petit-dĂ©jeuner ou le dĂźner tout Ă©tait trĂšs bon. Bravo au chef pĂątissier pour ces dĂ©licieuse viennoiseries ainsi que les trĂšs bonne pĂątisseries servis au dĂźner. Merci beaucoup au serveur Samy pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et sa serviabilitĂ©. Merci au dame de mĂ©nage qui font un travail propre et soignĂ©. L'ensemble du personnel Ă©tait gentille et serviable avec nous. Cependant j'Ă©tais trĂšs déçu des serveurs du restaurant au bord de la piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement et ceux de la plage. Effectivement, ces personnes rĂ©servait plusieurs tables complĂštes ou transats complets alors que personne n'avait rĂ©servĂ©. RĂ©sultat a notre arriver le matin trĂšs tĂŽt on ne pouvait pas s'asseoir lĂ  ou on voulait parce que le serveur avait dĂ©cider de "rĂ©server" des tables pour d'autres clients qui allaient lui laisser un pourboir. C'Ă©tait selon la tĂȘte du client. Je trouve ça inadmissible nous avons payer notre hĂŽtel comme tout le monde on doit ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ© comme tout le monde, ce n'est pas normal que l'on ne puisse pas s'asseoir lĂ  ou on veut j'Ă©tais trĂšs choquer par ce comportement. J'espĂšre qu'Ă  l'avenir vous allez rĂ©soudre ce problĂšme pour vos prochain clients. MalgrĂ© tout merci.
