We had a great stay! Hot showers, comfortable beds and cold room during the summer time! Breakfast area is a little small but it works for the size of the hotel. We had a slight chemical like smell… I think it was from the air unit… but it kept us cool… and we just sprayed some Lysol…. We got fresh towels everyday! The lady at the front was kind… It was overall great stay!

I will NEVER go back to that hotel again. After the staff messing up my check-in twice and causing the system to lock us out, we were forced to find another hotel at 10pm at night. What a nightmare.

This place no it only looked clean but it smelled clean as well. I didn’t like that they were not able to tell you how much money would be held on your card but that was my only concern.

We had a little bit of a misunderstanding at check-in, which left me a little confused, but when we checked out the next morning, everything was explained and we were taken care of. The hotel staff that we dealt with, was outgoing polite/respectful and helpful.

The property is in need of attention. Desperately needs new carpeting going up the stairs. Needs an elevator. In the room, the ceiling had water stains where the fire detector was. Other areas need attention on the walls and ceiling. The water smelled of chlorine. The drive way needs to be wider. One way in and out and it is very narrow. One night there was a STRONG paint Oder. May have been from the truck stop behind the hotel. Lots of ways this hotel can be improved.

The room and accommodations were as described prior to booking. The location and area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and the room was very clean even though we do extra wiping with disinfect and sanitary wipes. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed to accomplish was within a 5 miles radius, even the local Walmart. Thank you and we'll be returning again hopefully in October.
