In general good location but due to construction work around the hotel not easy to get to. Lovely staff and very clean. Room and bathroom were pretty small and no aircon. Very hot, even with the provided fan and window open.

I really enjoyed my stay but I can’t give 5 stars because the lighting in the room is very inconvenient (no light in the bedroom and both the bedside lights didn’t work) and the wifi signal in the room was terrible. Other than that, it was clean and quiet.

Decent stay

Nice hotel with the basic things you need but for a 4-star hotel it doesn't suit it that you can't make a cup of tea of coffee at the room. The filter coffee at breakfast was also not warm. Closeto Berliner Tor with several options to travel and good beds.

The Park Hotel is located very close to the Berliner Tor u-bhan station with train service from the airport via the S1 train. The property is clean and well maintained. The room was a bit cozy but nice. For me the downside was the pillows which seemed to be hermetically sealed and it was like sleeping on an airbag. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The city center and attractions are easy to get to due to the train station being near by.

I would not book this hotel again.

The room and bath were small, poorly lighted and had NO AIR CONDITIONING, only a plug-in fan or an open window. Our fan the first night was annoyingly loud. In the morning we asked for a replacement fan while we were out; when we came back at the end of the day it had not been done and the clerk at the front desk made us carry up a replacement fan ourselves. The hotel is 1/2 block from a fire/ambulance station so open window was not an option because of the incessant sirens. There are no actual restaurants nearby, just quick take out food. I would not book this hotel again.

paying 4 star prices for a 3 star hotel

unfortunately not a very comfortable stay its not a holel if you have disabilities or if your a large person as i hat to upgrade and pay extra just for a larger bathroom and there is no air conditioning and for a 4 star hotel paying over 350 its very expensive but on the plusside the bar personnel we re very helpful and friendly

Not great.

The breakfast was very good though. The room was mostly clean but not under the bed for example where I found pamphlets from other guests. We were double charged for one of the rooms (although both paid on the arrival staff insisted my colleague pay his room again upon checkout). The staff were unable to see that the bill was paid in full even though my colleague insisted it was which gave the impression that their system isn't great.
