The only negative thing about this hotel is that the Air conditioner in the room was completely useless, but the staff was wonderful and supplied us with a fan and unlocked the opening of the windows so they could be completely opened up, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay at and we would definitely choose this place again 😁

Impressive in many ways

I’ve stayed in quite a few Leonardo hotels and this is really impressive. The reception staff are quick and personable. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. I also had the breakfast which had an extensive choice and was well worth the price. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was great, 2 dining experiences and a visit in the bar were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room („superior room“) was very small, nothing superior about it! However, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The only thing that was terrible was housekeeping. They did not really clean, they just made the bed and replaced the towels when needed. When the tissues were out in the bathroom they were not replaced. One evening I came back and the coffee cup was in the fridge! What were they doing in the room??
