Wir konnten in das Hotel Belmondo am Hauptbahnhof leider nicht ein checken da es nicht mehr öffnen wird. Uns wurde das Quality Hotel Ambassador Hamburg als alternative zum gleichen Preis angeboten. Es lag am S-Bahnhof Berliner Tor. Die Verbindung war sehr gut. Auch mit dem Hotel und dem Service waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Direkt an vielbefahrener Straße. Schlafen wenns warm ist, bei offenem Fenster, ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht möglich. Zimmer haben keinen Kühlschrank. Bad hat den Charme einer eines Bahnhofklos. Ansonsten zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Lob an das Housekeeping. Alles sehr sauber. Wer fürs Parken auf dem (frei zugänglichen) Hotelparkplatz, keine 10 Euro/Tag zahlen möchte, findet in direkter Umgebung kostenlose Parkplätze, z.B. In der Repsoldstraße.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, city center is a 15 min walk away. The hotel service was great, the exchanged our towels everyday day and cleaned the room. All in all a great exerience!

Price/Performance

It was a good stay. The variety of goods they serve us in the room were good(tea/coffee). When you think about the price / performance is good. Heating was so good in a so cold day. The only problem is they are 4 star hotel but they don’t have slippers and also BATH TUBE IS SOOOO SMALL. Even a hobbit can’t fit in. And we are in 21 century, I am sick of the bath curtains. Please change it!!

Bon séjour d'une nuit

Le personnel de la réception était bien. La chambre était correcte mais salle de bain un peu petite. Grand bureau. Le lit était confortable pour moi. Se trouve à quelques minutes de marche d'une station de métro. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner.

Die Entfernung vom Hamburger Hauptbahnhof zum Hotel ist in knapp 10min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Ubahn Station befindet sich ebenfalls direkt am Bahnhof, somit kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Musicals sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln besuchen.

Es hat mir dort sehr gefallen, das Personal war super nett. Das Zimmer ist schön und das Frühstück war top. Das einzige was ich bemängeln könnte ist, dass die Matratze zu hart ist und man die Federn durch spürt.
