Loved it - it was very clean and very close to the train station but very quiet despite that. Very close to many beautiful restaurants and sightseeing locations, easy access to shopping and grocery stores. Would recommend!

Very clean and in a great location

Great location close to the train station, shopping and Christmas markets. Very friendly staff and very clean. The only downside was that the beds were very hard. But great supply of detergent, towels, dish washing soap etc.

Fantastic stay.

Excellent location across the street from the central train station, with restaurants and shops literally next door. Clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff that went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Took the time to offer suggestions on things to do and places to visit. Highly recommended and will definitely go back next time we’re in Hamburg.

We had a fantastic stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. With two small children, the apartment was perfect for our needs - it was quiet, with comfortable beds in separate bedrooms, and a very handy kitchen area with everything we could need should we wish to eat in. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked in terms of small things like shampoo, shower gel and washing up liquid. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well, especially when our young son had a small accident and we required medical assistance - they went above and beyond to assist, for which we were very grateful. This was our first trip abroad as a family and overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Nice place, but bad pillows.

Great place to stay. Central and close to almost everything. Apartment in good condition and very clean. But one huge thing made our stay quite uncomfortable: Pillows were very bad and made all of us waking up with sore necks. Now extra pillows in the room, so not much to do - But ina place like this you expect high quliaty pillows which was not the case.
