8.6/10 Excellent! (14 reviews)
The property is very confusing. Several hotels and rental apartments under the same address. No front desk for help. Several managers for all th rentals. Security Guards are a joke. Good for nothing. No help. Property is well located but very busy and noisy.
Quality of bed and linens very poor.
In my particular case I canceled the remaining nights and still waiting for refund.
Couldn't sleep. Mattress to hard and dirty pillows. Managers tried to help but just the same but stuff.

"Very nice hotel right off the beach. The restaurants were great and all the staff were very friendly. Big pools and a great spa on property. The room was very nice and spacious.
