「First, the pictures don’t match the property, the address is not the same, the title is not the same as the Apartment complex. It appears to be illegal to rent the condo in this complex, which is often the case in Toronto area. So you are risking to be a trespasser, if you are renting and be physically removed by security. 「The location of the apartment is very good. The apartment is very close to all the amenities near by. Square One mall is at walking distance. The staff was very responsive. What I did not like was leaving the car at front gate to get the garage key from the apartment. If any traffic policeman passes in the meantime then he can at give a fine for parking in a no parking area.」
