「I absolutely do not recommend this place. It is a scam operation — they basically steal your money. Even though we informed them that the weather conditions on the Geilo roads were extremely bad, they did nothing to help us. We were left stranded in the cold, and instead of offering any assistance, they simply ignored us until the reservation time had passed. 「The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. The pool club is pricy without upfront information and surprisingly not free for hotel guests. There is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. Nevertheless, the breakfast is great. 」
