"Everyone and everything about this place is Milele for me. Coastal Kenyan African experience. I stayed for 3 weeks and watched improvements being made. From the men’s bathroom to the beach patio. You can see that they are working proudly to make Milele a forever place for us all. "

"Host took an hour to arrive to give access to the room. Apartment was filthy. Electricity kept going out so the host would ask the guest to top up. Nothing worked in the apartment and eventually given a refund in darkness. The host is rude, unprofessional lacks respect and part of the decline of Mombasa as a tourist hotspot. Expedia should ban such hosts "

"The grounds are beautiful , the food is good and it’s worth the price. Highly recommended "

"This was the worse experience I have ever had! We checked in on Saturday. Shortly after a few hours, where I discovered there was no hot water and one of the ACs were broken, we lost complete power. After 2 hours of the host asking us to wait in the dark, I decided to leave and check into another hotel. The whole time I was in the dark, the host kept reassuring me, the power would come back on. After leaving the place, the owner refused to give me refund claiming he did not know I left, when I clearly told the host we were leaving. Not being able to be compensated and being forced to stay at a place with no power leads me to believe no owner has no integrity and can not be trusted. I highly discourage anyone to reconsider who thinking of staying here. Again, the owner is refusing to compensate despite what happened."
