「I booked Abode Manchester more than a month in advance, and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it was clearly stated that the rooms had air conditioning. However, when I arrived, I was told that the air conditioning was broken in all rooms throughout the hotel. 「This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.」
