"We loved our view of the harbor from our room. It was interesting to watch the boats come and go. We were entertained and amused to watch the deck hands fillet fish efficiently and effortlessly at the end of each fishing day. "

Top Halibut Point State Recreation Site Hotel Reviews
"The property manager, Ryan, was awesome. My group was in a tight spot and not even supposed to be in Sitka Alaska. He got us a great room, picked us up from the airport, gave us dinner recommendations and then dropped us off. The next day he took us to the Raptor center and picked us up. He then took us took to the boat terminal. He was very friendly and engaging. "
"This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious room and king sized bed. Smart tv was a plus."
