"Very clean rooms and facility with friendly staff. Our AC ended up going out midway through our stay and they had it fixed in only ten minutes. Come to find out, they also provided a ton of help to the victims of the recent flooding. I'll most certainly be using this hotel again when I make it back ..."

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants ..."
