I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the service team on duty on 11 November 2025(around 9am–10am) for kindly arranging an early check-in and sending our luggages to our room within 10 mins. We had an early flight into Haikou and my mum was tired, so the thoughtful gesture was deeply appreciated. I also want to thank the service team on duty on 12 November (between 10am–12 noon). After checking out, I accidentally left my bag at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient in locating it for me. Every experience at Sofitel Haikou has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and impeccable service. You truly made our stay memorable!
