立地場所とホテルの作りが良いので、港の綺麗な景色の力を借りてイメージが保てていますが、内装は古いし掃除もきちんと出来ていません。 特に湯船はひどく汚い。 周りに1000円以下のホテルがたくさんある中この価格設定にしてるのだから、掃除や家具のメンテナンス等、誠意で解決出来る部分はきちんとして欲しいです。

Perfectly ok but no more than that

Hotel is under booked and so under staffed - like a ghost ship The staff that are there seem uninterested in service and , humorously, don't know how to work the toaster. Breakfast was passable at best. Possibly caters for Chinese tours as there was no sense of individual service. Room was fine, great view of the harbour and the sunset. Location is good as it's a little walk past the town (so quiet) and near the small beaches. Sadly the small beaches are having large hotels built on them so they will lose their charm soon. Catba harbour town is fun for a few days - food not great but locals very friendly and prices are low. Next time i would book something with character eg bungalows.

$70/night is rip off

This is an ok hotel, outdated, unfixed, and poorly maintained. If this was $20/night, I would have little complain. But, other than nice location and great look of an old building, everything else was disappointing. I would not blame staff, they were nice. But, I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Great view, but awful beds and service

The beds were hard as a rock. I am pretty sure they were just box springs with a sheet on top. The elevators often didn't work, and we were even trapped in one for 5 minutes, before it began moving again. The views were really nice, but most places in Cat Ba would have good views. The staff was not very friendly and the breakfast was awful. It was a cheap rate though, so I guess you get what you pay for!

Okay

Hung long harbour was an okay experience. The view was awesome, the room okay but very smelly bathroom. Breakfast wasn't great and staff spoke very little English. Just a very average experience.

Ei rahanarvoinen, kadulta löytyy paljon muita

Valitsimme hotellin toisen varaussivuston kommenttien pohjalta. Hotelli on uudehko ja hyvällä paikalla rantakadun reunamilla. Mitä tulee itse hotellin palvelutasoon, on siinä kuitenkin parantamisen varaa. Langaton internet-yhteys ei toiminut kertaakaan kunnolla varauksemme aikana. Ei aulassa eikä huoneessa. Aamupala oli yksinkertainen ja jokseenkin riittävä. Ainut isompi ongelma oli se, että aamupalaa ei ollut kunnolla enää jäljellä, kun viimeinen aamupalatunti alkoi. Tämä voinee johtua myös asiakkaiden vähyydestä, mutta harmitti kuitenkin aamulla, kun ruuassa pihisteltiin. Henkilökunnan tekemisestä huokui palveluhaluttomuus. Tämä näkyi parhaiten aamupalalla sekä huonesiivouksessa. Molemmilla siivouskerroilla siivooja jätti huoneeseemme siivousvälineitään eikä niitä missään vaiheessa vaivautunut enää noutamaan takaisin. Kylpyuoneen suihku oli huonosti sijoiteltu. Olemme tottuneet siihen, että suihku kastelee monesti Vietnamissa koko kylpyhuoneen, mutta tämän huoneen ratkaisussa suihku oli poikkeuksellisen huonossa kohdassa.
