「The hotel does not have an elevator!!! Still we liked the hotel as it is very clean and comfortable. The clerk was not too friendly and the breakfast was really good. positive stay」

「You can tell at some point someone put money into this place to renovate it but it doesn’t mean much if it’s not maintained. I’m not a big complainer but I feel like cleanliness should be the bare minimum. I had some kind of food sauce (Chinese maybe) all over my desk on arrival. When checking for bed bugs I could see what I’m hoping was food stains all over the mattress cover and there were very small dead bugs in the shower, some kind of Beatles or other small nuisance bugs, none appeared to...

「The one true plus was the hot breakfast from the Lucky Duck. It should have been posted on the website that the swimming pool was closed. That was a big big disappointment to me. The boy working ice machine was on the first floor and there was no elevator. 」

「Clean room, air conditioner was excellent, staff was helpful but could be a little freindlier. It says on the website that they are pet friendly but when we arrived the lobby had multiple signs saying 'no pets'. Although confusing, we were allowed to have our 2 dogs in the room for a fee of $20 per pet per night. Location is so what convenient, everything reachable by car in a short time.」
