Upon check in was required to move room about 2 hours into stay because the door dead bolt was jammed open. Upon check out. Was woke. Up x2 by maids entering room at approximate lately 830 am and 930 am. Heck out is 12. Long drive. So having to move rooms the night of check in and being work up 2 x by cleaning crew bring on the door was frustrating. Otherwise nice room.

We came as a large crowd and spent a lot of time in the lobby at the tables. The front desk person took photos for us and it was so nice of her. The room was good, the closet doors were broke of the track and the smoke detector was hanging on the wall. It would be nice to have some better lighting in the room. We really enjoyed our stay! It is however very hot in August.

The desk clerk, Jordan, very congenial and helpful in suggesting the restaurant next door. It was July 5 and folks were still shooting off fireworks into the night. No fault of the hotel.

Great hotel. It was very clean, staff was friendly and the room was great. The bed was really comfortable and it was close to everything. They don't have it on the website but they have a gym at the hotel and it was small but nice as it was surprise. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Roswell again.
