"We had a wonderful stay here during our layover in Reykjavik. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan on staying here again when we come back!"

"The biggest concern here was the road noise from highway 41, it's very close to the hotel. If you're checking in you'd want to request an even numbered room. We were at odd number room and there is a lot of noise from passing cars. There's a fitness center located in the building ground level that I think you can use. The room itself was fine, the bed was a bit lumpy and you can tell they haven't rotated the mattresses. Maybe forever. The shower was excellent, maybe the best pressure on our trip. They have a large parking lot in front of the hotel if you're driving. The staff is fine, but again they don't present as a staff for a three or four star hotel. Like I mentioned in the other hotels in Iceland, professionalism isn't at the same level as Europe and United States. The breakfast buffet is free, it is decent. But I wish they had a selection of cooked eggs and meat."

"A wonderful stay at a top notch location. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and staff provided us a beautiful tray of desserts. The location is near shopping, harbor and quiet area with many restaurants nearby. Suggest taking local bus to flybus when coming from KEF airport. But, very walkable to all other highlights"

"This place is just ok. We stayed here on an overnight layover. Expedia said there was an airport shuttle, which is why I booked there. The shuttle only goes BACK to the airport; a cab to the hotel cost us $53. Desk staff was lukewarm, not friendly when we arrived. Then when I asked about making a reservation to go to airport in the morning, she said I had to scan the QR and do it and pay on line. When quizzed, she finally admitted she could do it. It took her literally 30 seconds, although she was cranky about it. Room was fine, but had certain oddities. There was a coffee pot and hot water heater. They were, however, not plugged in and nowhere near an outlet. You had to clear the opposite side of the counter of your belongings and then carry a tray of stuff to the other side of the room to plug it in. (Why not just put the flipping thing near the plug????). The only tea option was an awful herbal mix—no regular black or green tea. Bed and bathroom were fine. But I wouldn’t stay there again."
