We recently stayed at this Hampton by Hilton and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. First, the bathroom was missing basic complimentary toiletries such as a toothbrush and other essentials that many hotels typically provide upon request or in the room. The restaurant service was disappointing. We ordered drinks with our meal, but the staff completely forgot to bring the beer we had ordered. We had to remind them, which affected our dining experience. As senior guests, we were also disappointed that no one was available to assist us with our luggage during either check-in or check-out. We had to carry all of our luggage ourselves through a very long hallway. Another inconvenience is the hotel’s layout. After entering the building, guests must walk through a long hallway that passes the restaurant before finally reaching the reception desk at the very end. This can be especially difficult for seniors or anyone traveling with heavy luggage. Overall, while the hotel itself was clean, the lack of guest assistance, the poor restaurant service, and the inconvenient layout made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. I hope the hotel considers improving these aspects to provide a better experience for future guests.
