"We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)"

"When we checked in, we never got a hospitality bag like others did also our room was never cleaned on the second night. They provided towels garbage bag so we had to do it ourselves. Had to call down cause we had no hot water had to wait two hours before we got some. On checkout they charged us another $250 instead of refund $250. We missed our breakfast because we had to hurry up and grab our flight. Besides all of that, it’s a nice hotel."

"Great accommodation with good kitchenette with all you need. The check-in system was straight forward and done online with all codes sent before we arrived. We were aware of potential noise from neighbouring bar and street. We had suite 402 and heard no noise from bar but some from the street, especially on the Friday night but not enough for us to use ear plugs. Location is great, just a couple of blocks from the waterfront and Citadel, and also plenty of buses pass by. Good options for food from morning to night. Never had issue with the fact it is unstaffed."

"The room was very modern, comfortable and clean. It was very close to the waterfront, where we spent most of our time while there. We didn't care for the barn door on the bathroom. It was a bit noisy. The flooring in the bathroom looked dirty, but I think it was just the flooring material that was used. There was sufficient (open style) closet space, but only one small drawer and only one spot to place luggage. Storage was limited for two people for a stay of a few days. There was only de-caf coffee in the beverage tray. I found this to be a theme on our NS road trip - lack of attention paid to coffee supplies. The restaurant/bar closed a bit early but the food we had was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
