8/10 Very Good! (1,496 reviews)
Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

8/10 Very Good! (1,003 reviews)
The staff were all very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is relatively old, especially the plumbing. My room was small, but it was a comfortable size for one person. I really appreciated having both a washer & dryer in the room, which made doing laundry convenient. The hotel also has a dedicated laundry floor if needed.
There is a gym with a good selection of equipment and a decent amount of space. However, when I visited in June 2026, the A/C wasn't working, so it became quite hot inside. They had a door propped open to improve airflow, but it was still warm. One thing to note is that my hotel bathroom has a notice asking guests not to flush toilet paper, sanitary products, or any foreign objects because the older plumbing can clog easily. If you're from a Western country, disposing of used toilet paper in the provided trash bin instead of flushing it may feel unusual or unsanitary. The bathroom trash can is pretty small, so I had daily housekeeping to empty it, which helped.
The bidet in my bathroom wasn't working, and neither was the electrical outlet in the bathroom.
Overall, I think the hotel offers reasonable value for the price. However, there are several nearby hotels that cost only slightly more and may provide larger rooms, newer facilities, and plumbing that allows toilet paper which may be preferable if that's what you're accustomed to.

8.4/10 Very Good! (1,000 reviews)
This hotel was adequate, but it has so much potential to be excellent if the rooms could be updated! The location is great - really close to train stations as well as the oldest street market in Seoul. Staff was very good; they helped us get taxis a few times within minutes (taxis are very cheap in Seoul). And they clean the room and provide water bottles daily. The wifi worked well, the AC was cold, and there were USB and two-pronged outlets compatible with US devices. There's a big old converter in the closet if you need to plug in a grounded three-pronged device. However, the rooms are older. Upon getting off the elevator on our 6th floor, you are greeted with a door to a storage room with peeling paint. The carpet is old. It seemed clean, just clearly old and worn. They attempted a few low-budget updates to the bathroom like newer wall tiles, but a few tiles were loose and needed grout or caulk. The sink was the lowest sink I've seen anywhere. Maybe we got a handicap-accessible room (I don't think it was), but I placed and sat down on a chair in front of the sink which made it about the right height for me ;-). All of this was fine and acceptable, but the biggest challenge was the old beds that were not comfortable. You can clearly see that the beds slope to the middle and it feels like it. Overall, it was a great location and clean room, but really just ok because of the age of the property and lack of updates, especially the beds.

8.8/10 Excellent! (679 reviews)
This place was nice for two people. The room was a little small but the view was amazing! The only complaint I would have was the shower. It’s tiny and the only thing blocking the shower from the sink and toilet was a plastic curtain so the whole bathroom would get wet easily. But I would stay again due to the area and the kind staff.
