"A beautiful self contained private & peaceful cottage on a picturesque property which we stayed for 2 nights. On arrival music was playing, breakfast items provided, a great spa bath, a comfortable bed & surprise local chocolates. It was a joy staying here and if we ever visit Maleny again this place would be our number 1 choice. It was magic."

"The Spotted Chook has everything a visitor to the area would want--a quiet, large and well appointed room, great views and owners who are both friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were particularly memorable--especially the authentic French croissants. "

"Steve and Jane are great hosts. Fresh home made sourdough bread and croissants on the first morning were wonderful. The gardens were spectacular, and the views from the unit overlooking green paddocks looked peaceful and were stunning. A great place to stay, and within 10 minutes of the main shopping area that has an incredible variety of shops. Well worth considering as a romantic getaway."
