「Geen ontbijt terwijl dit wel aangegeven staat en waar we ook voor betaald hebben. Doen ze al 4 jaar niet meer maar niemand die de moeite heeft genomen om het aan te passen. Is niet gecompenseerd. Verder zeer gehorig, oud, zeer matig onderhouden kamer. Bed met doorgezakt matras aan een kant. Eten was ook matig, hoewel de frietjes wel goed waren. Gelukkig was het maar voor 1(onrustige) nacht, maar prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is hier zoek. Veel te duur」

When we received our welcome email from the property manager we learned that the free parking was only for stays of a week or longer. 「Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟」

「Parking spaces were plentiful. The staff were kind and helpful and offered to carry our bags upstairs because there isn't a lift. The family room was a good size and clean and the bed was comfortable and had two pillows. It had a fan, heater, and iron and ironing board already there, but no air conditioning so it got quite hot during this heatwave. The bathroom was pristine and had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and there were various towels and bathrobes. Breakfast choices were good and...

「Great place and as advertised with high end fixtures and fittings. Train really easy to St Ives. All parking tight in the area. Coffee shop at the top is lovely and nice to go to Carbis Estate for a cocktail 4-6pm (2 for £20). Would recommend 」

「A good place to stay. Clean room, pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast tasty with a good choice. Sea view from our room. Needs a lick of paint here and there and some carpets in corridors a bit threadbare. And no lift though staff assisted with our suitcase.」

「It was full of character and a lovely place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Beware of one of the roads into the area, it can be very narrow. Always plan using the other two entrances/exits. Nice welcome gift too.」
