This place exceeded our expectations. I was skeptical because it had so few reviews but we are so glad we stayed here. Staff is extremely attentive, going above and beyond. Rooms are really nice, high tech and great picture window looking onto the river. They provided free transport to/from the airport, umbrellas and rain jackets if needed and free beer/bottled water. Breakfast was also included. The location is also really good for access to the national park and downtown. Rarely am I impressed by a hotel but I cant say enough about the staff, room and service. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend it. Id give 6 stars based on how well everyone treated us.

Lovely setting with beautiful views. Staff were polite, professional, and always on hand. Breakfast was excellent—freshly prepared with quality ingredients. Room was cosy, clean, and well appointed. The complimentary shuttle made getting about effortless. Everything ran like clockwork. A thoroughly satisfying experience.
