「We stayed for 3 nights and our stay was extremely comfortable. Room was a good size. Service from the colleagues was excellent. Would recommend 」

We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. 「With the provision of a very good kitchen inside the apartment, unfortunately no dining table and chairs were provided. So my family members and I had to stand during eating. Such situation is considered very undesirable.」

「Booked for an early morning flight, location is perfect for the airport and would use again. Room very nice and comfortable. Booked half board and included diner was tasty. Breakfast buffet was decent but the bacon was really inedible which was really disappointing. Great staff who are very helpful, a lovely bunch. 」

「Pros: close to train station and restaurants, great breakfast (semi-buffet), value for money Cons: room is a but dusty, and some rooms are located in between 2 floors so you need to climb a few steps with your luggage, rmb to send a note to the hotel if you carry heavy luggage to avoid such rooms.」

「Anniversary get away, couldn't have picked a better hotel, top notch. Great view of the Tyne and 2 of the 7 bridges, had dinner both nights and thoroughly enjoyed them. Hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Like Newcastle and didn't feel strange. 」

「The staff are nice and super friendly. Room is clean and comfortable, price is fair. Close to the Tyne bridge, bars nearby are nice but noisy at night. About 20 minutes to walk to and from train station.」
