Why we gave 3 stars is - most issue is staff shortages… ppl is not at front desk all the time. When calling there , nobody takes phone and message machine came out but never call back : ( We ordered to go breakfasts in the restaurant and had to wait more than 1 hr!! Facility is great but they need to improve staffing issue ."
