Stayed for our family trip and we fairly like it. Pros: seven eleven with gas station is next to the hotel . The best is the parking fee is very affordable. Still convenient to get to downtown Portland. Room is clean and quiet during night. Cons: booked of 4 but not only this hotel , bath towels were not enough. Found a couple tiny sugar ants the desk under TV. Overall we’d like to stay there again : )

The guys who checked us in on Wednesday was outstanding!! The gal serving coffee on Friday is rude and disinterested in her job. Had to get her off her phone to do ANYTHING. If I was her boss she would have been done after her attitude and rudeness.

Nice property, rooms were very clean. Beds are a bit hard for my liking, but not terrible. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was the tile around the inside of the pool is very dirty as is the floor tiles around the pool. But the pool and hot tub water were clean, the hot tub was hot and the jets worked well, most hotels usually have a issue with them working and in my experience, either the pool or hot tub or both are closed oftentimes, especially in the winter. This was a great stay for us and our two grandkids and we would be happy to come again.
