「First room smelt of chemicals. Got moved. Second room had mould on walls and ceilings, some of the furniture tired and very dusty. Windows filthy, no offer of a further bed cover despite it being cold in the evenings, just a cotton throw was available. Pool not open or cleaned. The public areas needed cleaning and painting and some maintenance」

「It is in Gümbet. We were able to walk everywhere. (Granted we walk 10+ miles a day). For us the location was comfortable. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with AC. Good breakfast. I thought the prices were very reasonable for April 2026. I definitely recommend it. 」

Not only the apartment was super spacious, the steam room was the hottest I ever had, but also staff was very nice and helpful. It was within walking distance to downtown and supermarket. 「We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful & clean with lots of places to lounge about. The room was lovely & spacious with an incredible view from the balcony. The buffet had a wide selection of food each night. Bear in mind if you travel at this time, some of the à la carte restaurants weren’t open for the first few days due to low season. Highly recommend overall and will definitely come back 」

「The service of this hotel was the worst we have ever experienced, most things were either sold out or they wouldn’t even come to serve you, despite of multiple requests and complaints nothing was done. The breakfast was horrible, hardly any choices and then to top it cold food was served. Never been more disappointed with a hotel. They shouldn’t have a five star as it’s just not a five star service or amenities for a hotel. I’d give them a zero if I could.」
