「First room smelt of chemicals. Got moved. Second room had mould on walls and ceilings, some of the furniture tired and very dusty. Windows filthy, no offer of a further bed cover despite it being cold in the evenings, just a cotton throw was available. Pool not open or cleaned. The public areas needed cleaning and painting and some maintenance」

「Ein wirklich schönes kleines Hotel mit allem, was man für eine erholsame Zeit benötigt. Die Zimmer sind top modern, sehr funktional und es gibt jede Menge Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gibt es im Restaurant nebenan und war sehr abwechslungsreich und üppig. Parken ist kostenlos. 「The service of this hotel was the worst we have ever experienced, most things were either sold out or they wouldn’t even come to serve you, despite of multiple requests and complaints nothing was done. The breakfast was horrible, hardly any choices and then to top it cold food was served. Never been more disappointed with a hotel. They shouldn’t have a five star as it’s just not a five star service or amenities for a hotel. I’d give them a zero if I could.」

「We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful & clean with lots of places to lounge about. The room was lovely & spacious with an incredible view from the balcony. The buffet had a wide selection of food each night. Bear in mind if you travel at this time, some of the à la carte restaurants weren’t open for the first few days due to low season. Highly recommend overall and will definitely come back 」
