Bedsheets seemed clean, but also had old perfumed odor (like from a previous guest). The same with the towels.

See pictures. Bedrail (hair grease?) radiator (brown splashes), walls (blood?), light contacts (finger grease?), shower ceiling and walls (mold), shower floor (dirt), sink...
