「There were several issues with my stay. The door to my room was very difficult to lock from the outside and this was a security issue. There was no hot water, not even warm. And no hangers in the room so I could not unpack. The bed frame seemed very low quality and was unstable. When I got in or out of bed, the whole thing moved and made a loud creaking noise.
