"The pool was the best part and it’s heated. It’s good for families that are low key and chill. It’s not a fancy place so you will see the wear and tear, which was ok, We were there for beach which is a short walk. Would have liked cleaning staff to clean though daily. They only clean once every 3 nights but you have to ask for it. Had to ask for everything we needed. Only had dj one day. Only played a movie one night. The water pressure wasn’t good for the shower. The tub dripped all night. The breakfast was good. The key cards didn’t work if another was requested. The bar restaurant was nice (foods ok not very good) but it closed early but we found many restaurants nearby. "

"The room was clean, the bathroom towels were big. The breakfast was poor. We spent a few days in Port Canaveral and the weather was colder than normal. Doesn’t matter but we wanted to use the pool. We grabbed our towels and went to the pool. It was dirty. Full of leaves and there was a lounge chair in the water. The hot tub was closed as one of the jets was broken. We told the front desk about the condition of the pool and were told it was windy the night before and a lot of leaves got în and maybe the wind blew the lounge chair in. He said we can go next door to the Hyatt and use their pool. And we did. What a difference. It was clean and heated!! Even thought it was a chilly night we spent about an hour or more enjoying the pool. The next day we went to use our pool again. It got cleaned and the chair removed but it was ice cold. We told the front desk and he said. The pool is heated same as the Hyatt. Not at all. We were able to enjoy the pool at Hyatt for 2 hours or so as it was heated. So the stay was ok but I wish I would’ve booked the Hyatt instead. "

"The sheets in the room were stained and dirty looking. The shower had a hair still in it and for a none smoking room the cigarette burns on the tub were a nice touch . The curtains had something smeared on it that looked very gross. The staff in the morning were walking around with the same gloves that they were touching the food with. "

"We had to leave the room was filthy. The staff was understandable and friendly though which was appreciated. Great location, if the hotel can clean better, would be a better property."
