「Fairly new facility, still being built. Minimal furniture - no side tables or a chair to go with the table. Large drapes cover the ac, making it run continuously. House keeping could be better - the bed was not made, just covered with the duvet.」

「The property is great. The location is great. The staff are extremely helpful. There were small things that kept me from giving 5 stars, such as not enough toilet paper in the bathroom, our keys becoming demagnetized several times, the microwave area being very dirty. In the big picture those are small things, but they are things that collectively matter.」

「The hotel is nicely situated away from busy roads, but close to restaurants and shopping. A quick drive to the interstate and about a 25 minute drive to the beach. The hotel was very clean around and inside the property. The rooms are 10/10. Very spacious with beautiful decor. Breakfast was my favorite. The pancake sandwiches were delicious. So many tasty options!!」

「Don't waste your money! The room had a dangling broken side lamp and a huge Crack in the window. The pool is nasty! I dont think they ever cleaned it, (skimmed it or vacuumed it). The sides were gross, looks like they need to bleach or scrub them! The breakfast was ok until our last morning, the stove broke down and we could only get a cold breakfast unless we wanted to go next door to their other hotel. Which EVERYONE went to! Let's not forget about the air-conditioning not working in the...

「Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well」

「We have been to this property several times over the years. This day had good points, but the lack of staff this time made this a negative experience. We stayed only two nights our room was never cleaned by housekeeping, we did not have do not disturb on the door. Had to ask for towels. Our air-conditioning in our room did not work, this happened before to us. When traveling with children you need a good nights sleep and when it’s 80° in your room, it’s difficult. The pool area and lazy river...

「I depend on these reviews when I choose hotels or restaurants. For that reason I would want others to know the following. The hotel location is fantastic. This was the second time we stayed there. The rooms however are poorly maintained. The floors were dirty. The towels weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. I killed two roaches and saw two others. Until they get their house keeping in order I would strongly recommend finding cleaner accommodations.」
