「It’s a great hotel with just one major problem, the manager. Because of my health issues I need a shower seat to shower. When we checked in front desk couldn’t find one and said they’ll keep looking. The next day they said they didn’t have one and would let the manager know. That night they still said no seat. The second day was the same, no seat. I volunteered to buy one for them, they said couldn’t do. The third day they still said no seat. BUT the manager was going to order one. I said he...

「One of the best stays we have had starting with Chloe at the front desk who was just a peach and a delight, she guide us to lall the amenities and local attractions and made us feel welcome and happy The room was wonderful and pillows so comfy, and the pool warm with a view for a relaxing afternoon The breakfast is the best we have had in a hotel with quality and delicious options」

「This property is GREAT! The only complaint we have is that there was mildew on the a/c vent and on a lampshade in room 6112. The room was clean; however, when walking into the room, you could smell the mildew. I suggest the air filters be changed out and the filters cleaned properly.」

「Overall our stay here was good and our room was very clean. We did have a couple of complaints and that’s the reason for four stars. The pool had a ton of hair in it. Multiple times I had hair stuck to me and getting caught on my ring. When we checked in we were given room keys and they worked but the room had sleeping people in it. So that was less than ideal but I understand accidents happen.」

「Some of the rooms need to be updated. There was no towel rack on the back of the bathroom door. Pull out sofa had cut/tears in the pillow and the refrigerator was not cooling.」

「This property was ideal for my family and I, activities were close by, food, sight seeing and just an all around good time. The property was clean, safe and comfortable. There was one thing that took us by surprise and that was the train that ran right behind the house! On the first night, but we adjusted and had no problem sleeping. Thank you 」
