Wonderful Experience except door
It was as wonderful as always. The condo we stayed in needs something done with the door. We could not open it without a lot of difficulty. We love Sunswept and plan to come back in Oct.

I booked a 2room condo once arriving we got a 1bedroom 1.5bath which was definitely not expected considering 2 adults 2 kids for 4 nights. Unfortunately our vacation was a little cramped.

Beware of the resort fee!
Room price was fair but the $275 resort fee was a complete ripoff. There were no amenities to warrant that cost. The pool was acceptable but basic and there was no included beach services. The building needs a facelift. My daughter and I had good time but I regret not just getting a hotel room instead, we would have paid less even with eating out for every meal.

Nice condo unfortunately the surprise managment fees were a mood killer.
Condo was very nice with a great view but if you book thru vrbo be prepared for unseen fee's at check in of $275 and the property management blames vrbo and VRBO blames the property management. It's the blame game.

It is very close to the beach, When the weater picked up, the pool was a welcome addition. Having a shopping center across the street and plenty of restaurants was very important. I would recommend this, hope to visit again someday.

There were hidden fees for "resort amenities" of which there were none. Decor was 70's uncomfortable

Quick getaway
Booked this condo for a quick getaway for Labor Day. Pros - it is right on the beach and is in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Cons - it is an older condo. The "resort fee" for cleaning and parking is higher than what I thought it should be. Electrical outlets are not located near tables, so your cell phone has to sit on the floor while it is charging.

Hotel site right on the beach with ocean views.
Very nice pool. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Beautiful ocean view from deck. Our unit had a washer and dryer. No restaurant on site, but we planned to cook our own food.

FIND ANOTHER CONDO FOR YOUR STAY AT ORANGE BEACH
The condo was in bad need of a facelift. The paint was peeling off of the baseboards/door facings. The ceiling in the bathroom was badly molded and mildewed. The accordion doorway to one of the bedroom areas was cracked/broken in several places. The carpets/rugs were badly stained and nasty looking. The queen size bed was torture to sleep on as was the sofa bed. Mattresses need to be replaced. Don't plan to stay here again.

Great condo on the beach
Great place to stay, right on the beach also has a nice size clean pool. Rooms have washer dryer, take laundry detergent, small dish soap and or dishwasher soap, extra trash bags, and plenty of towels, we didn't cook so paper plates for the microwave were a must, paper towels. Couch was a pull out bed but we did not use it, but it did have sheets and pillows, they have carts to take everything to your room which was a big help because we always take to much. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back, staff was helpful, friendly and fun.

Nice condominium on the beach
We enjoyed our stay at this condominium. The view of the ocean from the balcony (quite roomy BTW) was excellent. We had two bedrooms, a family room + kitchen. Everything was basic, but in good condition. The most important thing was excellent location right on the beach. There was also a nice pool which was great for our kids. The condominium was very close to a shopping center (Wall-Mart, restaurants, etc) which was also nice.

spring break
it was nice to be in the beach on spring break with my kids and with my friend. The location of the condo is just perfect! very inconvenient!
