「Was greeted at check in by Dexter. Very professional! Check in was quick and with an upgrade. All rooms are very nice, quiet, roomy, and clean. Convenient to everything. We stay here when in the area. 」

「I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the...

「The room was clean. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. We enjoyed breakfast. Location was great. Staff was nice. Beds were uncomfortable but we stayed only one night so the economical price of the room outweighed the hard beds. 」
