「Jennifer is excellent and bends over backwards for any guest request. The hotel is charming, however if you are on the top floor it requires you to walk up a flight of stairs that is outside. Rainy mornings make breakfast difficult. We worked around it. If the stairs are a concern request a room on the main floor. The location can’t b best. The pool isn’t great however you may use the facilities at the opal both pool and gym which is awesome. Highly recommend 」
