"Pool was overcrowded, but to be expected-it was spring break. Everything was nice, except the carpet in our room was so dirty. I walked on the floor the first night in white socks, which turned black on the bottom. My granddaughters forgot to wear their shoes in the room and the bottom of their feet turned black. The wash cloths were disgustingly black after they washed their feet. Maybe the carpets should be removed and tile put down."

"I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM and by then I had to call out of work because they were not prepared and I kept going and repeatedly asking, and they were not ready. And then for my room to have dirty hand fence all over the door jam. And nasty moldy, green and black scum in the shower, and the sliding glass door would not shut all the way if you wanted to walk it and had to stay slightly cracked and was held together with duct tape. The pool was closed. So in Florida you can’t even swim in the pool because it’s closed. Thanks a lot for ruining stay. "

"Very clean room, super nice and friendly staff, bathtub took forever to drain water so when I took a shower the water would pool up but other than that it’s a really nice place"

"Clean room, staff was nice and helpful, good breakfast and coffee. Walk out the door and you are on the beach! Walking distance to anything you need."
