「this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe 」

「All the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, restaurant is open 24 hrs (very convenient). Food is full of variety and creativity. The deal we got for the stay including two meals a day, it saved us a lot of trouble in dining. The hotel provides airport pick-up service and city tour at guest's own cost, it helps guests travel safer and more convenient in the city. 「2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for...

「The bathroom toilet seat was loose and broken. Switchboards were improper. Wifi constant disconnection. No towels provided or bathroom kit provided until asked on 2nd day. Towel hanger in bathroom is broken. No proper internet connectivity. 」
