「We booked 2 king size bed room but when we check in midnight. The reception checked us in in 2 twin bed room. And after complaining they can only change one room to king size.」

「Nice place and location is close to Church, but if you are arriving outside the regular hours don't expect any amenities available, not even bed sheets even if it's already purchased oline. There was no response from the property when contacted before arrival to let them know about the stay. 」

「 I booked the hotel through hotel.com. The email show me the check out time is 23PM. I confused and checked through the counter. On the date they confirmed that I can check out at 23PM. But when I check out, they told me that I should check out before noon and ask me to pay additional 1 day. It is very bad experience!」

「The property is in Metro station, if your flight lands after Metro closes, there is no way to get to the property. We landed at 3 am and had to go round and round, get through an underground parking and taking a lift inside the closed Metro station, unsure if that was allowed. Took 20 MK s to check in, more document copies than immigration!」
