"Excellent stay only 20 mins drive from the historic town of Guimaraes. We had a beautiful double room with a fantasic view down into the valley. The gardens are beautiful, breakfast includes fresh orange juice from the orange trees in the garden. Claudino is very generous with his time and knowledge. "

"The Hotel was suited very close to the airport, yet had excellent soundproofing so we didn't hear any aircraft..the staff were very friendly and helpful too..the room had a wonderful modern bathroom and an excellent shower and there were plenty of cable channels and in English too...the air conditioning was great to have as well...kindly as we vacated before breakfast time they gave us a snack to take away..... perhaps a central light in the room would be useful, but overall it was a wonderful...

Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time. "Unfortunately, when we arrived at the property, we got the information that it was overbooked and that they did not have a room available for us, I made the reservation 30 min. before arrival. The receptionist's approach to the issue was not very nice, no apology and that I should have checked my messages, so it was my fault that I went to the hotel to check-in (?!). He reallocated us to a sister property with a lower star rating (Hotel do Paço by Vima Hotels) nearby which by the way was not...
