「Great and smooth communication. Property mgmt staff will meet you personally to check in but if late check in after 9pm you will be charged extra. Kitchen fully equipped along with a dishwasher and we cooked a lot. They provide dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap which was very helpful. There is no dryer but we just hung clothes to dry in apt. Beds are comfy including the sofa bed. Location is super fantastic, right in center yet on a quiet pedestrian only street so we were able to sleep...

「未入住前已安排好了登記及發出電子鎖匙，到步後就可以立刻進入房間，放下行李，稍作休息後就係可外出遊覽。省卻了一般酒店登記入住的時間。 另外，可能是遇上了一星期清潔房間時間，清潔了一次房間覺得挺意外！ 而且地點方便，但又清靜。有兩間浴室，又有黑膠唱片機。唯一缺點是在一樓而只有樓梯，但對住本人來說問題不大。 總括來說，物超所值。」

「一个字脏，三个字脏乱差. 一个连床罩打开还有前面客人住过的体毛和微微发黄带有污垢的床单.卫生间的洗漱用品包装都从白色变黄色了，还有所谓的免费停车根本没有.有可能就多花几块钱去住其它酒店.」

「This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. The living area is oddly situated with a terrarium taking up a lot of space. But the amenities are quite nice. Our main complaint is that there was deafening construction going on in the surrounding apartments and it was really impossible to rest, read or nap during construction hours. We toured Sevilla so it didn't bother us too much but when we were in the apartment during siesta time it was intense and we were woken to this noise at 8:00 AM...

「This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. The location of the laundry wasn’t clear so note that it is accessible from the rooftop patio. We didn’t find it until after we had already used a laundromat in the neighborhood.
