The best hotel in Yangshuo. The only difficulty I have is to get a parking spot on the ground if I came back late. The bike rent service is free. But the quality of bikes need to be improved.

豪华江景房，给我安排了2二楼，正对面两棵高高的大树，什么都看不到。预定好后，包括出行之前，都打电话沟通了，希望能安排个景观好一点的，结果900多一晚，还不含早的豪华江景房，就安排成了这样！真的好后悔。 整个酒店的设施就是最基本的老式五星酒店的标准，没有任何出彩的地方。 泳池的水不怎么干净，服务人员很默然和冷淡。晚上给客房服务打电话，让送两瓶水过来，催了两次都没送到，结果口渴的睡着了。第二天早上醒来后，口干舌燥，索性自己去拿水。看到2楼的客房服务人员，我说麻烦给我几瓶水，服务员居然说，我们只能提供两瓶，你要的太多了。我和她解释，我昨晚就等你们送水过来，你们一直都没送过来。。。。后来服务员不情愿的给我三瓶水。要知道我住了3晚，都没有要求客房打扫，按理说，水不是每天都要补的吗?总的说来，我也没多要你们这家五星酒店一瓶水啊？！ 真的毫无性价比可言，绝对不会再光顾。

Hotel comfortable and staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel situated close to bus station and shopping area. Swimming pool lovely. Room comfortable clean and well appointed. Hotel staff very helpful when we were planning our trip to the river Li, giving accurate and useful guidance so we were able to do this by local bus and not on a set tour.

Short walks to Xi street. Hotel restaurant isn't pricey and has tasty foods. However, it is missing a good coffee shop for the morning.

calm in Yangshuo

A calm peaceful hotel in the crazy place that is Yangshuo, it is a perfect base to explore the mountain area. We bought drinks one evening and they were going to charge us extra to carry them outside for us, which was strange. We carried them out ourselves. but that is our only complaint, The breakfast was lovely

Location great but story ends there. 2.5 stars max

I picked this hotel based on reviews and location. 200 meters from West street, the location is great. Unfortunately that is where the story begins. Upon arrival they could not find the Expedia reservation, after an hour we were given no explanation, given our keys- no comps- no nothing. There is only centrally controlled air conditioning- you have a control in your room but as we learned they are for decoration. If you make enough noise, they will give you a fan. TV- shouldn't be a priority, but when it and the fan don't work at all after an 8 hour hike, a bit disappointing to say the least. Also No operable Wifi- with a VPN unable to load any sites. We checked out after one night. There is currently only one Five star in Yangshuo and this hotel is not Close.
