"Super spacious and comfortable stay right in the heart of New Haven"

"The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "

"The room window didn’t stay open. The tv barely had any channels. no soap in the bathroom. breakfast wasn’t warm or appealing."

"I was pleasantly surprised with every aspect of my stay Sparks by Hilton, especially the price. My only complaints, which isn’t much in the grand scheme of things, is they don’t provide cups (plastic or otherwise) in the room and for a newly refurbished property, the toilet was small, low to the ground and seemed older. I will definitely be staying there again. The location is ideal for the area. "
