「Hotel bonito, muito limpo, renovado e muito bem localizado no centro de Rouen. Ao lado da catedral e à estação de metrô, bem como do Rio Sena. Cama e chuveiro excelentes. Toalhas de banho novas e de qualidade. Ao fazer essa reserva, cometi um erro e o hotel foi muito prestativo em ajudar e corrigir o erro sem custo adicional. 「Notre séjour a été super Le personnel est au top! Je recommande fortement cet établissement. Petit déjeuner de qualité vraiment au top rapport qualité prix d’ailleurs, ma femme a aimé vos céréales il sont incroyable . La piscine le sauna et hamam vraiment top Nous reviendrons :) Le restaurant golden tulipe valider on a vachement bien manger le barman est super gentil nous avons même pu voir le match PSG atletico . 「Hotel Dandy was amazing in beautiful Rouen! The location was amazing since it was less than five minutes from the center of the old square. The restaurants were everywhere and the food was excellent. I had a great recommendation from the hotel less than 10 steps away. The room was absolutely gorgeous and amazing with a large bathroom with a shower door and nice shower. It was very clean, comfy and cozy, I totally recommend visiting this hotel in Rouen. The staff was very nice and helpful....

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」
