We loved it!
Room was very spacious with everything you need in it , including tooth brush, breakfast was included, lots of variety, also we ate in the restaurant few times , food was delicious! Infinite pool was our favorite spot, lady who worked there was very helpful and fun to talk too!

-ve : payment was made through Hotels.com but the receptionist staff asked the guest to pay again at checkin. Embarrasment could have been prevented if the reception staff were made aware about prepaid bookings."
"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so.
Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years.
Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "
