「Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Hotel war sehr gemütlich und tipptopp sauber – man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Der Besitzer ist ein echter Herbergsvater-Typ: herzlich, aufmerksam und immer ansprechbar, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar familiär und indie – fast wie bei guten Freunden zu Besuch. Als Familie haben wir uns richtig wohl und sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.」

「Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. 「This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10 P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two」
