"I recently stayed at the hotel for five days. Everything was good, clean, the only problem that I had it was that we didn’t have any fridge in in the room and also they didn’t even give us water bottles to have in our room but everything else was excellent"

"We stayed here from the airport until we shuttled 3 hours away and what i noticed everywhere in this hotel is how clean it is. I booked 5 rooms for 16 people and they accommodate us with no issues. The rooms were all comfortable, clean and the hotel is very close to resteraraunts and the casino ( less than 5 minutes walking time). The staff is friendy and very helpful. A staff member made balloon animals for the kids in our group and they had a so much fun. It is definitely a go to for me next time I come in from SJO."

"I really loved this hotel! It was beautiful and unique. It was the first place we stayed after landing in Costa Rica, and it was such a wonderful welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would 100% stay here again!"

"Excellent service; just few recommendations: the Sunday brunch info was confused, at the end the were no brunch. The cine @ noon was good but requires better sound and maybe a bit more comfortable chairs, and no spicy popcorn…"
