I enjoy this property. The people are nice and my dogs feel at home. This time the pool was open and I enjoyed it very much. I just wish it was open later. This was the second time I stayed here and would go again.

Take a taxi from the airport, it’s ten minutes to the other side of the airport! Their shuttle didn’t show up, which was just as well, because the taxis were cheaper.

Great customer service. Clean and spacious room. Quite and safe. Amenities great. Great proximity to airport. Breakfast was good. We stayed 4 days and it was same breakfast. It would be nice to have different options daily.

We highly recommend staying here while in Guatemala City. Not only were the accommodations first rate, but also they have extremely secure parking that is free. If you are planning to rent a car, this is a perfect place to stay.

This is my third time staying here and have never been disappointed. Very nice hotel with comfortable room, wonderful amenities, and nice restaurant on site. Enjoy the pool and hot tub. Safe place to walk outdoors. Convenient location to get to airport, good restaurants and desirable parts of the city. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

We visited for 1 night only. We stayed at a 2 bed 3 bath apartment style. Clean, spacious and free WiFi. We loved the breakfast and the room service. The only down I’d like to mention was our driver to the airport. His driving was wild, he was very rushed and we had 2 toddlers in the van so we had to hold on to them tightly. Besides this hiccup I would stay here again.

Friendly staff and very helpful when asking for recommendations on places to visit. At Check-in I was immediately informed of the VIP access and discounts. I would stay in the hotel again without a doubt.

After traveling through Guatemala and staying in a variety of hostels and hotels, Adriatika was a welcomed luxury. It was VERY clean, restaurant was good and quick, quiet rooms, pool was cold but hot tub was perfect although the on/off button was nowhere obvious, and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint was I paid $20usd which was already overpriced, for a 730am airport shuttle that was late. I will not use the shuttle again for that price or late service. The driver was kind and apologized for being tardy.

Our stay was amazing!!! We were upgraded to a premium room! It was very spacious and had a great view of the city! Very quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was superb. I have stayed here before and will continue to stay here!
